Here is my first gameplay video of the first video game of the NASCAR Thunder series released in both the 21st century and the third millennium. There is no PC version for some reason, unlike some of the sequels. It's a console-exclusive, released only in North America (sorry non-NA NASCAR fans), and this is the PlayStation 2 version. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, I decided to show you a custom stock car I created in it back in 2014, and I've always wanted to show in a YouTube video for a long time, so it's finally here in action, at the Daytona International Speedway! Once again, it's based on Putt-Putt, the purple car from the kids' computer game series developed by Humongous Entertainment.

Just like what I did in my gameplay videos of NASCAR Thunder 2003 for the PlayStation 2 and NASCAR Heat 5 for the PlayStation 4, I tried my best to make my race clean in this game. I believe I did fantastic, in spite of a few mishaps! Just watch for some close shaves during the race in this gameplay video. Enjoy!
