9I've been putting this off, until I had a radio that supported a failsafe (swapped 9X rx over to FrSky), and I wanted to be able to actually make sure I could switch between modes properly (er9x now installed). So I could put this off no longer.
Of course, I *needed* to do this just to ensure that it would work if I ever needed it for real, and despite seeing two other people do it right in front of me before - it's really unnerving to turn you radio off, but it down and hope you're very expensive toy comes home.
I feel confident about it now at least, but it's just too stressful for me to use this feature for "fun"
