Nazeem can be made to leave Whiterun by provoking him into a fight (not with illusion magic), and can then follow the player all around Skyrim. There are three bear traps located at Robber's Gorge. Killing with one does not count as assault, or add to the player kill stat.

I paralyzed Nazeem at the Riverwood lumber mill, and pre-placed a fire rune. Sawn logs will eventually de-spawn, launching anything that is paralyzed or dead. Dead things can be launched much farther, to the point of des-spawning from the game.

I used Mora's Grasp to hold Nazeem in place under the bridge at the College Winterhold. I then used telekinesis while standing on top of a bear trap, to quickly float up to the bridge. I used two words of Slow Time. I had to time Mora's Grasp, Slow Time, and the arrow so that all would come together, as kill cameras cannot be performed while Slow Time is still active.

The drawbridge trick shots were performed at Mistwatch.

Vampiric grip can be used as a human, through exploits. Talking to an NPC can cause them to load into the next cell with the player. However, Nazeem is not capable of entering the Emperor's Quarters, so I used Bend Will to bring Titus Mede II to Nazeem.

I pre-placed a frenzy rune at Battle-Born Farms. I then drank a potion of fortify illusion and used Rally and Bend Will on Ahlam and the farm animals, so they would attack Nazeem once he was provoked, while also surviving his attacks. I also reverse pick-pocketed Ahlam with a Daedric warhammer with the soul-trap enchantment, along with a black soul gem.
