Absolutely no mods. The Dragonsreach snipe was performed without using the Unofficial Patch.

It is possible to make Grelod exit Honorhall Orphanage by exiting mid-conversation with her. This method can be used to move her between different cells. It will not work in certain circumstances, such as moving from a city to the world map. To do such a move will require spells like fear, to make her run away and flee into another loading zone. She can be made to move by running into and bumping her, pushing her with shouts like Bend Will. She can also be made to chase and follow the player by boosting her with a courage type spell and then aggro'ing her with a spell such as Soul Trap. She will also accept a yield, if the player wishes to calm her down. The Honorhall Orphans will show up anywhere that Grelod dies, as long as it is a location to which she is capable of traveling.

I used Whirlwind Sprint, then ate netch jellies to paralyze and ragdoll my character from Dragonsreach. Paralysis also negates fall damage.

I used Animal Allegiance and Courage on the cow, then Fury and Soul Trap on Grelod.

The enchantment on a weapon is the only part that does any damage, when swung by an NPC practicing with it.

I soul trapped, calmed, and boosted Grelod with Courage in Whiterun, then reverse-pickpocketed frenzy poison onto Nazeem, to turn him hostile. At this point, I was able to cast Soul Trap on him without incurring a bounty.
