NBA 2K16 adds many new features, such as the Enchanced Gameplay, 2K Pro-am, Play Now Online, Playing with Modern Legends, MyPARK, My TEAM, MyLEAGUE & MyGM. It takes the NBA games to a different level and the realistic and smooth animations really help the player get into the game. This is actually my first time playing NBA since 2004, I'm not a great player yet, but I'm improving, for a newcomer, this game is quite complicated, the tutorials are not very helpful and are infact, quite complicated. That's one of the places where the game can improve. Now let's put that aside, the Career is very interesting, the cutscenes are interesting and funny at times, the voice acting is one of the best I've ever seen. What about the gameplay? Well it has a lot of animations and tricks you can take advantage off, but for newcomers to the series the tutorial is not all that useful, atleast for me, i was quite lost. The Character Customization is very detailed and allows the user to really recreate his/her face, in addition to the face scan features. There are a lot modes, either local, single play or online modes, you get a piece of everything, this game is really THE NBA game in my opinion. I was never a big fan of NBA Games but this one is proving me wrong in many ways, it has so much to do, did I mention that the soundtrack is awesome? it fits the game and atmosphere so well, you will want to go to the menus just to listen to the music sometimes, it's really great.
A more detailed and informing tutorial would be great, other than that this game is the ultimate Basketball simulator, you can even create your own pair of shoes, how awesome is that? the updated 2K news episodes are very fun to watch, If you're a hardcore player, you're in for a treat, if you're a newcomer then you may take a long time to get decent in the game.
The guys commenting your games are amazing, they will tell you about your stats, talk about the situations in great detail, all this really makes it feel like you're really there, great job from 2K on this one.
