I don't think I've ever seen anybody in NBA 2K18 pro-am do that annoying euro step floater animation intentionally and have it work for a score. What usually happens, is you do it accidentally when you're just trying to take a regular floater, and that slow euro move either gets blocked or ends up being a heavily contested shot that has no hope of going in. I was using my 6'4" two way slasher point guard in this game.
