Welcome to 2k21 today we are going to look at my favorite three moves in the post. So, let's briefly discuss each one of these three post moves with slow motion examples and a controller timed on how to execute them.
First we will start out with an example of how to do the standing dunk. Second we will look at how to do a post dunk this move can be somewhat challenging but as long as one gets the controller set up right and positioning they should be able to execute it. Finally we will look at the aggressive backdown option which can be used with the first two moves to set up some scoring in the post. Please note that this move is more effective with players that have a higher strength rating as well as some dribbling skills so they're less likely to turn over the ball and or lose their dribble and have to kick it out to a different player.
