NBA has been plagued with Load Management for years now, and it has proven to not be anywhere near as effective as advertised. Fans are Ultimately the ones who lose the most in this cycle. Players not being able to stay on the court is a big problem that must be addressed by either shortening the season or some other way of limiting injuries. Adam Silver has done good on when it comes to fewer back to backs in the NBA schedule but much more has to be accomplished.
