NCAA Basketball 10 by EASports, for the PS3 and Xbox 360, is considered by many to be one of the two best college basketball games ever released. The other, of course is 2K's "College Hoops 2K8", an absolutely stunning college basketball experience with perhaps the greatest of basketball-gameplay mechanics EVER! I wouldn't know, I can't get my hands on it.

Anyhow, NCAA Basketball 10, it's not only a great-playing basketball game, but it features perhaps the greatest presentation of any sports game I've ever seen or played...and it's a 12 yr. old game! With two distinct network presentations that vary during the season (more about that in a moment), the realistic court-side graphics, the ruckus chants of the home-team crowd and a half-time show complete with stats (ok, actually the show is not that great, but what the heck!), the immersion factor is at an all-time high here folks...trust me on this!

The aforementioned network presentations come in two flavors: CBS Sports, with their classic college basketball music and the broadcast team of Gus Johnson and Bill Raftery. Or if you prefer, you can settle in with the sounds of the ESPN crew: Brad Nessler, Erin Andrews and of course, Dick Vitale...y'betta believe it BABY!!!

It features many different modes of play. The best by far is its deep Dynasty Mode, where you can take your favorite school through up to 30 seasons.

Sadly, NCAA Basketball 10 is also the very last college basketball console game ever released. Due to the licensing regulations of NCAA Sports and the ongoing issue of college players being paid for their likenesses, it has gone away with the dinosaurs...and I'm afraid it might be for good.

I'm playin' on the PS3 console. I don't know how many vids I'm gonna upload. First, I kinda have to get used to the controls again and find that sweet spot in the settings and sliders. One thing is for sure though, I'll be playin' this game for a long time - uploads or not.

In today's game, the Bears of Missouri State come to town. We lost our home opener, so we're looking for a solid bounce-back performance the Golden Hurricane home court.

Wait a sec., huh?, wait, I believe it is...yes, yes I do believe it is..............yes it iiiiiiissss...........It isiiiiiiiiiiisssss TULSA TIME!
