Zeus presents Nebulus 2 - Pogo a Go Go!!! (un-emulated) for the Amiga A500, a true classic from the golden era of amiga gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.

I must say i'm very proud of this longplay of Nebulus 2 - Pogo a Go Go!!! for several reasons, but the main one is that i can officially say that the Zeusdaz youtube channel is first to produce a longplay for this game,...even though infinite lives, time & special weapon's trainer is activated.
This game is massive compared to the original, the towers are enormous, the enemies are cunning, deadly and at times frustratingly hard to see causing you to plummet and at first yell at the screen...WHY????!!!!!!!....then you see a small pile of green slime on a step that's blended in with the tower which caused your fall and on top of that a silly slow flying thing that appears from the right of the screen determined to knock you down,....without a doubt a very VERY frustrating game at times.
Nonetheless,...this sequel has improved vastly on the graphics and peculiar sounds, the towers are very well designed but very hard and challenging, they have many puzzles and dead ends to work out along with slippery paths and disappearing ones along with secret doors which i feel is unfair as you have no way of knowing they are there.
There are 8 different designed towers and you must get to the top where the control centre is and blow it up, then you are placed at the top of that tower where you must descend to the bottom repairing 80% of that tower by walking over the platforms which highlight once stepped on them and get to the bottom door, so basically there are 16 towers to master,...up and down on all 8 towers, finishing the last tower will finally defeat the evil uncle.
I feel the weapons selection idea is a fresh one but at the same time can make the game harder as you must be careful what weapons you use at a split decision otherwise you could actually get stuck and no way of proceeding without committing suicide and starting again.
There are 3 types of bonus stages in this game, they appear after each tower,...one under water, one on land and one flying, all 3 are there to gain extra time.
You can also choose between 4 different colours for Pogo by pressing "P" but i chose the standard green, you can also choose between 2 different sky colours on each tower by pressing "C", but i chose to stick with the standard one.
This seriously is a hard game, even with cheats on it's a mega challenge and a real test of patience which is why i think there's not been a longplay for this game till now and why it's not as remembered as the original Nebulus.
I really am very proud to have accomplished this longplay for you, it took many many weeks of constant practicing and patience, at points i had to walk away with frustration so you can imagine me punching the air when i completed just 1 tower let alone the whole game...YESSSSSSS!!!!!!! :-)
Just to point out again, i have used the infinite lives, time & special weapon's cheats so i could upload the entire game for your viewing pleasure.
