Necessity of Trams and if for Chandigarh

0This is a video I recorded earlier today in Japanese Garden,

On when Trams are a necessity if other transport like Buses, Metros and even Metrolites can not feasibly work.
On if they are best for Chandigarh.

series. By the way Trams are more then just buses on rails, they are an ecosystem in and of their own.
Social Behaviour and Civic Sense yes will have to be fixed too.
