The Spiteful Terrormancer has harder hitting direct damage spells, like necrotic grasp and life transfer, Good condition pressure, and it has a big health pool, through Carrion Amulet. This build plays very similar to the way Terrormancers played pre June 23rd update. relying on big bleed stacks, and Fear to cause damage, while using mobility and and death shroud to outlast your enemy, as they struggle to keep up with the DoT Pressure.
