Managed to quell the incursion after it took over two tiles, but I'm still annoyed that I could not just use that little patch that was connected to get through! With that out of the way however, the second party made it to Nectar Ironworks to find out where that beam of light is coming from, which turns out to be coming from Elmor's workshop, which is crawling with Morthagi!
