-----What's san juan?
San Juan City is the Carbon' original city. It is an additional area and it was the city of Carbon' Plot starts. It's not connected to the boroughs of Palmont and it is like Canyon. The game is set inside the fictional city of Palmont which exists alongside of Rockport, Bayview and Olympic City. However, it became a hidden unaccessable city because the developers dropped after the demo and rebuilt the new city - Palmont.
-----How to access the san juan city in free roam?
It is a glitch and this video will demonstrate you how to access it.
-----I didn't record the police chase because the fps has significantly dropped to 20 fps in heat 4, and stay in around 5 fps in heat 5 because there are so many cops.
