According to Yuki's details, Yamamoto is ruling the underground with his iron fist as he got recruits for his new enforcers from his "Viper's Nest" tournament & using every racer to run his illegal operations whenever his clan can find. Yuki says those heartless demons can corrupt & consume everything that they touched, and Blackridge will be in ruins.

This means we need to stop them before they succeed Yamamoto's plan. Fortunately, Yuki has a plan & saying he'll infiltrate his clan & become his new enforcer. He also tells us to find Kuro & chase him since he's one of Yamamoto's enforcers as he's in charge on moving some stuff across the city. If we chase Kuro until he got cornered, then Yuki will step in & save him, which it helps him to get on their good side.

With that, we start to proceed with Yuki's plan when we found Kuro.
