Clutch The Opossum is both a seasonal theft & a criminal mastermind with his cunning & ambitious, who he fooled & defeated many heroes in the previous generation. He retired after he completed his missions for payday & made the trading deals, but only he's back in the game & rebuilds his empire after he heard the new generation of heroes had appeared.

In order to do that, Clutch must race one of "Underground Rivals" tournaments through to "Tier S" with his favorite One-77, which he got in the "Rain Check" tournament. And even better to him since Clutch loved participating in racing scenes with cars (Different from his "IDW Sonic" version).

Now, Clutch is ready to outwit them with his competitive edge once again.
