Need for Speed (2016) PC gameplay test on dual core processor from 2007 with 4 GB of system memory.
Low-spec gaming on CPU which does not meet the minimum requirements for this game. This test is on minimum graphics settings - see what the CPU is capable of aka see the CPU bottleneck; can it deliver smooth framerates? If the frames are solid expect another test on optimal/balanced settings to load GPU a bit more.
