Recorded this when my cousin was playing at my home. Been seeing this at random at times when near players. I have a good connection and have never seen this in any other multiplayer game I played. Anyone else had this happen? Is this lag? A issue with the servers? A modder? Alldrive having issues?

This is on the Xbox 360 side.
