This cute car can be unlocked by completing all 20 objectives in the Underground playlist. This includes finishing a race third place or better without using nitrous. Look at what his little car can do! This car has great handling, suitable for highly ranked technical tracks. However, it's extremely weak acceleration, power and top speed making it highly not suited for hill climb or highway races.
