I found out a few rounds earlier, I was using the Tier 5 Audi R8 V10, top speed 221 MPH and he was using the Corvette with top speed 212 MPH, and he maintained at my top speed of 221 throughout the straights of the entire race, which is highly impossible.

I tried a few rounds to get as strong proof of him having unlimited nitrous. Finally, the straightway where I'm using the Renault Megane, he is using the Lotus Exige Cup, a car that doesn't perform well on straights. Yet, his distance kept increasing on straights, despite me hitting the top speed of 195 mph and 205 mph with boost. The Lotus only has 187 mph and 197 mph top speed. His distance kept increasing, despite maintaining at top speed. Strong hacking proof there.

Don't give reason stating "he is just a better player". Try using the Lotus Exige Cup on straights and see for your self if you can maintain the top speed of the Renault Megane.
