The Low Down: Jose and his Volkswagen Golf have a bone to pick with you. Beat him one-on-one at National Rail.

I was actually a bit surprised I was able to beat the circuit lap record here with a car that is only halfway tuned. There are special Magazine covers for beating the records for each of the four main game modes. The Circuit, Sprint, and Drag records are pretty beatable. The drift records are insane and I am not going to go out of my way for that one. The actual times and numbers needed to get these magazines can be found by googling it.
