HOW TO KNOW THAT YOU WILL GO TO HEAVEN:    • How to know that you will go to Heaven  

You must believe that you have sinned (done wrong). “ For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
You must believe that you should be punished for your sins. “For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
You must believe that Jesus Christ died to take away your sins, and that He alone can take you to heaven. “ But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
You must personally trust Jesus Christ to come into your heart and take away your sins. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the death, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9)

To be sure you are going to heaven, pray the following prayer from your heart:

“Dear God, I know I have done wrong against you. I am sorry for my sin. I believe Jesus Christ died to take away my sins. I now receive Jesus as my Saviour from all of my sins. I am trusting Jesus alone to take me to heaven when I die. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

If you really meant the words of this prayer, then, according to God’s Word, the Bible, you are saved from your sins. “For whoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
