Fans of the Neo Geo console and arcade machines are probably like me, admirers from afar. We had to settle for downgraded ports to the Super Nintendo and the Sega Genesis then graphically closer releases on the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. The original home releases were priced at quite exorbitant prices – one game was more than the price of any home console short of the 3DO. As technology evolves and power improves we got to the point where emulation was possible, such as that with the Evercade platform. Their upcoming Neo Geo Arcade 1 cart features six Neo Geo arcade games.
