The Neo Geo Pocket Color 16-bit color handheld video game console manufactured by SNK. It is a successor to SNK's monochrome Neo Geo Pocket handheld which debuted in 1998 in Japan, with the Color being fully backward compatible. The Neo Geo Pocket Color was released on March 16, 1999 in Japan, August 6, 1999 in North America, and on October 1, 1999 in Europe, entering markets all dominated by Nintendo, competing with Nintendo's Game Boy Color.

Replace the reflective LCD on your Neo Geo Pocket Color with a modern, backlit LCD! Not recommended for the "slim" model of NGPC (less room, replacement lens is not the same size).
No-solder kit installs with minimal effort. 
Includes new glass screen cover!
Notes: A small percentage of NGPC units will encounter flashing or no-start condition.  For these units, either remove Q1 from the NGPC mainboard, or remove R11 from the LCD mod PCB.  Then short the connecting pad R10
These kits may ship with foam pads.  These are provided by the manufacturer to hold the screen in place but are not needed when used with our LCD brackets.
These are compatible only with color Neo Geo Pocket handhelds.  This kit will not work with the black & white LCD Neo Geo Pocket.
