Made several mistakes at the beginning, which are listed below. I used Pig to keep Shiba stunned long enough for my shockwave attacks to kill him before he used his desperation move.

If I ever revisit this, I'll try to fix the mistakes below:

Mistakes made:
Fuya - forgot to switch to turbo charge for Neku and Beat
Motoi fight - didn't defeat him before he used his close up attack; this is because I forgot to switch to turbo charge for Neku and Beat
Susukichi - Forgot to equip the jinxed point accessory to lower my health for the Second Wind abilities; this would have enabled me to skip his close in attack
Cervus Cantus - missed a couple of full charges on the first phase
Phoenix Cantus - failed to use the killer remix in the first phase before he used his close up, which wasted several seconds; also failed to destroy one of the feathers before it got out of range in the second phase.

I used a save editor to restrict the pins and threads to ones I only needed for the run for the sake of making navigating the menus faster.
