I basically put a lookat component inside of a single object inside of my head proxy to look at a tracker attached to my jaw, and output rotation values, which I used to drive a few shape keys for opening my mouth, it's not really practical though since I don't have a custom made jaw piece, so I won't use this in-game much, but it is possible to get basic jaw tracking with a vive tracker on the bottom of the jaw. (no webcam footage unfortunately but whatever)
