UPDATE: This tutorial is now outdated, as of writing this update, Neos will be supporting reflection probes in an update later today, making the fake skybox trick no longer neccecary.

Honestly a lot of the knowledge of how to properly stage lighting isn't even related to neos's technical aspects for me, hell a lot of where I learned the staging, colors and contrast stuff is from taking the "Pixar in a box" animation courses and whatnot, after enough time this stuff just becomes natural, I will say I prefer baking lighting with blender though just for preformance reasons.
TLDR: good lighting is more art then science.
