16NES Hack! Castlevania 2 Redaction
Here's a brief look at the infamous Castlevania 2 hack by the Almighty Gury (thealmightyguru.com). This hacked rom improves over the gameplay and exposition of the original Castlevania by speeding up the day/night cycle, increasing difficulty in some areas and rewriting NPC dialogues.
Last week I recorded a video investigating whether Castlevania 2 sucks or not. This week, I can really answer, "Nope!"
