"short" tutorial--intro level strategies to complete the run

some stuff i forgot to explain:

practice down + up inputs on password screen if you're "drifting" left or right during wraps.

kraid's lair screen wrap II (green wrap): if you don't go fast enough on the first part of the wrap and the zeela (crawler) goes too high or offscreen, you'll get a hopper to spawn in the green hall which is very bad--sometimes you can kill it while you're in the floor but it's time consuming).
