Sadly, not sure there's a way to make this faster, plus it probably isn't cost efficient as it costs so much ammo to save such little time. Doesn't seem possible you can jump and hit the block and change trajectory (on the second block, like you can the first jump) or land on the block and walk off and throw the dirk. Maybe you could land, drop down neutral, dirk and then run, but the spike car might not line up then. Shown against all 3 variants.
