1. Try restarting your iphone 6s and reloading the app (the reason this works is because most iphones overheat and need to be turned off every now and then, and if not will start to either run slower or not function correctly)
2. Check that your internet connection is good and not disconnecting (also try disconnecting from wifi if you think the wifi is not good)
