If your iphone 6s touch screen is unresponsive you should first
1. Clean off your iphone 6s screen and then restart it (if your not using a screen protector your iphones screen can get greasy and oily which can cause touch screen problems overtime)
2. Try doing a simple restart on your iphone by holding the home button and wake or sleep button together (the reason this can work is that our phones overheat over time if there not shut off after being on for over 200 hours. So try restarting your iphone and see what happens)
3. If your iphone 6s touch screen is still unresponsive you can try either restoring it as new on itunes or doing a factory reset. Just make sure to backup all of your data before doing this
