For the quest 'REMOVING THE PARASITE' in chapter 1 you will have to meet Nettie. She will poison you and lock you inside Enclave Library. To open the Enclave Library Door attack and kill Nettie. Loot Arcane Circlet from her corpse and wear it. Wearing the Arcane Circlet opens the door. Elixir of SIlvanus can be collected from the corpse and it will act an the antidote for the poison.
