Once again what is neutral now? what is footsies now? What is a fuck neutral move? Seemingly depending on your perspective the community will move the goal post to whatever fits their narrative instead of having a intelligent conversation. So here a example of ryu vs vega. Both characters have their own version of what is generally their neutral. Then when they collide what is effective in neutral changes, as there are character specific neutral things even more so depending on which version you are. The difference again as ive said with new games like SF6, is because of the homogenization of new games and new mechanics where every character uses the system the same way generally speaking it makes these unique interactions less.
