I'm trying to get rid of old footage so I can put it in the done folder so we'll have random old videos every once in a while.

We're back to the regular scheduled farming videos tomorrow :-)

If you have the same problem where the TV shows the logo and then shuts off, it's broken and must be returned.

If you're in Canada the retailer must accept the return. If they say they cannot, be polite but explain that polaroid does not offer warranty support to consumers in Canada.

I had to talk to three or four customer service reps, two managers, and then the manager of the store before I was given the authorization to bring back the TV and get a cash refund at shoppers drug mart (3080 Carling Ave, Nepean, ON K2B 7K2)

They gave me a full refund however the optimum points had to be given back with the tv, which is totally fair imho.
