This ppsspp its a 32bit version utilizing default opengl 3.0 ES driver and running the gpu at 600 mhz on a 1080p monitor, so when ive get newer 3.0 ES updates (which didnt worked right now) we could expect more performance...and with opengl 3.1 ES and 3.2 ES on the future... or even vulkan, the performance will be much better.

if I get 50 likes on this video I will share my ppsspp, but I encourge you to make your own build!

tips:
set rpi4 flags, set opengl 2 (it could use gl 3.0 ES anyway) and egl on.

Ive extremely recommend a gpu overclock o 600 (not more, not less)
this is my overclock (on /boot/config.txt)...but for ppsspp its only needed the gpu/core overclock.
