You guys missed a little bit. I decided to turn everything off, hike the taxes up as high as they would go, and wait. I did so, and as everyone was leaving I was making money and I got to 1.9 mil! So, I sent most of it over to a new area and I started building this new city as you guys shall see. This city does MUCH better than the other one.
