So apparently Mike Mearls hasn't been involved with the D&D RPG team for quite some time, and we are only now learning who replaced him, Ray Winninger. From my research it appears Winninger has a history with D&D dating back to the 80s as well as working on several D&D projects into the early 2000s. What will a change of the guard at WotC D&D mean? Could this mean a new direction for 5th edition or a possible 5.5e in the future? What are your thoughts?
