The default f1 vm settings are intended for high spec cellphones, that's why Zona Ciyus recommends standard spec cellphones to do the settings on the f1 vm first so that there are no lags, crashes and stucks.
Even though using a high refresh rate (FPS) can fix lag and make movements in the game smoother, Zona Ciyus does not recommend this.
Using high FPS in the f1 vm setting can cause the standard spec cellphones performance to exceed the limits causing lag in games, the cellphone getting hot quickly and wasting battery.

The cause of f1 vm lag is actually not from the f1 vm settings alone, according to Zona Ciyus the causes could be from the internal memory capacity being almost full, there is little remaining RAM usage and the large number of applications running behind the cellphone screen that have not been closed.
Remember, the f1 vm tutorial from Zona Ciyus is not magic which immediately solves the problem after set up f1 vm, if the user cannot optimize the performance of his own cellphone then it will not help.
