Mina received a pretty big rework on a new AOV patch on the test server! This rework will get rid of Mina's RNG based passive and in turn give her a much more reliable stack system where she'll be able to choose when to use that extra spin on her first ability. It will also make the extra spin much stronger and she'll get a huge heal from it too! All in all it seems like TiMi is trying to shift Mina into a Slayer lane position by giving her more laning prowess with that true dmg and heal. They want Mina to feel like an absolute raidboss tank that can't be taken down easily and the best way to do that is to shift Mina into the Slayer lane where she'll have plenty of time to farm up a ton of tank items! Items like Mantle of Ra and Mail of Pain are going to fit her perfectly and we might even see a Spear of Longinus in there for some CDR and Armor Pierce!
