NEW MODERN AXE LOCATION | The Forest Gameplay S3E08 (Alpha v0.32)
v0.32 Major Changes
● New item: Rabbit Fur Boots ! (craft with 3 rabbit skins and 2 ropes, gain some protection from cold and slightly increased stealth)
● New item: Quiver ! (craft with 3 rabbit skins and a rope, adds 20 to passive arrow carry capacity)
● Poisoned arrows! Arrows + 4 Twinberry = (can be batched) (Poison lasts longer but does smaller damage per tick than fire)
● Burning weapon upgrade: Add booze (after cloth, as a second upgrade) to triple burn duration and slightly increase light intensity
● New building: Decorative wall plant pot ! Similar to garden but has 2 grow spots and only grows aloe or coneflower
● Rain no longer goes through player made structures !
● Procedural wall doors now have a one sided lock!
● Doors have had a major rework and should no longer vibrate violently when intersecting other objects.
● Fixed Red Man on yacht not appearing from some angles
● New system added, weapons will now be animated away from surfaces when touching them.
● Better transition into player drinking water animation
● Performing a flying axe attack now correctly drains stamina instead of restoring it
● Fire warm whole home system! Enclosed custom structures with a lit fire on the floor now provide warmth
● Player is now woken up after 7 to 8 hours of sleep if starting to sleep at daytime (instead of being woken up by night falling)

The Forest Gameplay Walkthrough Season 3 Part 1 (Alpha v0.32)
The Forest is an open world survival horror game currently in development for PC. - Build, explore, survive in this terrifying first person survival horror simulator.
The world - Enter a living, breathing forest with changing weather patterns, plants that grow and die. Tides that roll in and out with the day/night cycle. Below ground explore a vast network of caves and underground lakes.
Complete player freedom - Chop down trees to build a camp, or start a fire to keep warm. Scavenge food to keep yourself from starving. Find and plant seeds to grow food.
Build a small shelter or a large ocean side fortress. decorate your home with found items. Lay traps and defenses to keep a safe perimeter.
Gameplay - Explore and build during the day. Defend your base at night. Craft weapons and tools.Bunker down during the evening or bring the fight directly to the enemy.
Fight or Hide - Use stealth to evade enemies, or engage them directly with crude weapons built from sticks and stones.
A new type of open world, survival horror experience, Defend yourself against a clan of genetic mutant enemies that have beliefs, families and morals and that appear almost human.
