Dream fulfilled quest go to ulan in idyllshire get a note with a list of items required to get crystal sand needed to allocate your stats into the weapon. also need umbrite which requires poetics to get. talk to hismena to get those. one sand and umbrite gives 3 treated sands must have weapon equipped to get sands infused into the weapon. best way to get crystal sand is crafting gathering tokens. otherwise moonstones and primal pieces are best but thats up to you. once all the sands are infused into weapon return to azys la and upgrade your weapon again.
