New Pokémon Snap Playthrough Part 11 (EXTRA #4 - All Maricopia Islands Requests, Manaphy, and Lugia)
28In this video, we complete every single request throughout the Maricopia Islands from the beach, reef, AND undersea! Note that I showed how to get the Pelipper photo of it swooping for the Fluffruit in an earlier video, but before the request was unlocked.For those curious about how to complete these requests, look no further! Near the Water's Edge: Lure Pikachu over to the Stunfisk on the small mound of sand using Fluffruit at the very end of the course. If done correctly, Pikachu will get on top of the Stunfisk and start surfing on it. Make sure Pikachu is the focus of the shot.
Wingull Loop-the-Loop: This one's easy! Start the Level 2 track and you should immediately see a Wingull. Play the melody and take a photo of it AFTER it's finishing its loop-the-loop, on the way down.
Three in a Row: I was only lucky with this one, but it's harder than it looks. At the beginning of the course you should see a few Exeggutor and a sleeping one. You need to lure the Exeggutor to the sleeping one with Fluffruit. Any that get near it will sit down and fall asleep. Lure the other two to the sleeping Exeggutor and take a picture of the group. It's okay if it's a photo from the side!
An Easy Mistake to Make: On Level 2, lure a Crabrawler to an Exeggutor using Fluffruit. It'll mistake the Exeggutor for a coconut tree which ends up with the Exeggutor chasing the Crabrawler. Take a photo of them both, Crabrawler as the focus.
Drifting Drifblim: When you get to the Wailord that stops right in front of you, face left so you move around the Wailord from the left side. Hit the Drifblim with an Illumina Orb and it should float to the other nearby Drifblim. Hit that one with an orb too and watch as the visiting Drifblim inflates in size. Take a photo of it at its max size!
Sitting and Waiting: You need to do the "When Archenemies Meet" request at the same time as this one. After getting Zangoose and Seviper to fight, hit the Crystabloom on the rock with Primarina singing and it'll sing a new song. Afterwards, zoom in and take a photo of the content Zangoose on the sand to the left!
When Archenemies Meet: First, hit the Primarina on the far right with an Illumina Orb so it gets off the rock. Afterwards, lure the Seviper out with Fluffruit and it should engage in combat with the Zangoose. Take a picture of them both fighting. Seviper needs to be the focus of the picture, but take a photo of Zangoose too for 4 stars.
Say Cheese!: This is a very easy one! Simply play a melody near the bushes before the sleeping Exeggutor in the way for the Bellossom to get out of the bushes. Next, simply scan and take a photo of their reaction!
Inkay by Moonlight: This one requires quite a bit of work. Throughout the course you're gonna see multiple Inkay, scan and look all over the water for them. Feed ANY Inkay you see some Fluffruit. If you do, they'll happily swim away. At the end of the course, the Inkay should group together. That's when you play a melody and take a photo of them as they jump up high in the air. You need at minimum of four Inkay in the photo for it to count as fulfilling the request.
Returning to the Sea: Pelipper in the course will occasionally have a Pyukumuku in their mouths. If they don't, simply throw an Illumina Orb at one and it'll swoop under the water and grab one. You need to hit a Pelipper with a Pyukumuku in its mouth with a Fluffruit. If done, it'll spit out the Pyukumuku. You need to take a picture of the Pyukumuku being ejected with it as the focus.
Most Marvelous Muscles: Another easy one. You need to be on Level 1 for this Machamp. Simply throw an orb at it and it'll turn around and flex. That's the photo you want!
Hiding in the Sand: This is a tricky one. Take the alternate path and you'll see an Octillery in the water. Scan for Stunfisk to pop out, then toss a Fluffruit right above Stunfisk so it sinks and hits it. If it lands, the Stunfisk will get mad and discharge electricity, zapping the Octillery. Take a photo as this is happening with Stunfisk as the focus.
A Casual Gesture: When you see Seviper approaching Octillery, you'll notice it cowering in fear. When this happens, toss an orb at the Crystabloom nearby and Octillery will spit ink at the Seviper, making it slither away. Take a photo of the Octillery as it scratches its head after this encounter to fulfill the request.
