Switched out to a new lens for PS2. Now I have an issue where the lens isn't moving correctly to read the disc. Applied white lithium grease to bars, readjusted bolts on laser and bars, and it still gets stuck. Not sure if the plastic part of the end of the lens is supposed to scrape the side rail (my old one did). You can hear the lens get stuck at 0:56 and again later on. I did manage to get the game to load a few times with the new laser, but it still takes a long time for it start up.

Kind lost at the moment. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
