Joe Oberholtzer of Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania is a US Army Veteran who has spent his life giving back to his community. After discovering a leaky roof, his father-in-law nominated him for a contest for a free roof through Rutter Roofing. When the company read the nomination letter, it was a no-brainer that Joe was extremely deserving.
