Heard how to unlock this guy and I didn't believe it. Unfortunately it was true, and here we are. The gameplay is basically hitting teleporter as fast as possible and then booking it around the stage trying to hack as many interactables as possible. It works.
The victory message and credits had me laughing so hard.

Also I swapped the names of two music files ingame to make stage 5 teleporter theme the Providence final phase theme and vice versa.
