Here is the second tower in Rock-Candy Mines, which has many Sumo Bros. and Screwtop Platforms, which move if you spin the bolt on the platform. Then we have one more level before taking on Roy Koopa in his castle.

The Sumo Bros. can send electricity when they stomp instead of fire like they did in Super Mario World, so there goes their other name "Fire Sumo" from the Super Mario World Cartoon, maybe Lightning Sumo, can't think of another name for the Sumo Bros. in this game.
We also get a Giant Sumo Bro. as a boss fight, this might be a tough fight, but he shouldn't be too difficult as you can knock him onto his back by jumping on a platform he is on.
Shifting-Floor Cave is a tricky level, as there are certain points in which a Koopa shell is required, so I'm not a huge fan of that level.
The interesting thing about Roy's Conveyor Castle is that there are two entrances, so to those wondering where to get the third Star Coin, if you went through the secret exit in Walking Piranha Plants!, it will unlock a path where you can hit a red switch, or completing Thrilling Spine Coaster also allows you to take the second entrance.
The boss fight with Roy Koopa isn't too hard, he can fire Bullet Bills and Missile Bills using his cannon, this is the only time Missile Bills ever appear in this game, they are otherwise known as Bulls-Eye Bills.
