Defeated circles... I kind of like this, as it's a circles level with a very unusual gameplay and click pattern style. It's nice to see this as most hard waves nowadays are pretty low cps and mostly the same thing. This has some real difficult click patterns in it, similar to the end of the first wave in tidal wave in difficulty. Zoink thinks it's top 50, I think it's at least harder than solar flare. If there's one thing I have learnt over time it's that verifiers always underrate their circles levels. SWI, Solar flare, The hallucination and now this.

There's an extension to the gameplay past the staircase, and it's kinda obvious it's not as thought out or related to the original level as it could have been. I don't know why duals were added when the original had no such thing. I don't know why there is a stupid ball section at the end and a frame perfect jump. They seem like silly and contrived additions to some otherwise interesting gameplay.

I did get a chance to playtest this, and a few changes were made in line with my suggestions which was nice to be able to contribute. My main issues were that the first ship used to be WAY too tight and that the start of the first wave was a very blind and much tighter transition than it looked like, thankfully it was nerfed to match the silhouette. The rest.... is all Zoink's fault...

I hope this can be rated, though I do think the deco is rate worthy, it doesn't inspire much and it isn't close at all to the vibe of the original level by Muriday. It's a bit disappointing of a remake really. It's also very object dense, meaning it won't run that well for some people. 90K objects is a LOT for a semi-ok looking level with barely a minute of runtime.

Overall, I don't hate this, though I think it will bloat the list a little bit.
