Future updates will include a new territory of Brimstone, Ennead expedition, a new Great Sword weapon, a new skill with Heartgem Rune, and a runeglass gem with 2 passive skills. For now, you can only access this on PTR.

✅ 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦
Let's begin with the new territory, Brimstone.

✔️ 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆
The Brimstone Sands area is home to both Egyptian ruins erected in honor of godlike ancients who once lived on the island and Roman legionaries who came in search of a way to restore the Roman Empire to its former glory.

✔️ 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
This area is mostly filled by corrupted and ancient-type mobs. The armadillo, golden jackal, sulfur dragon, and other new monsters will soon be introduced.

✔️ 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁
To open access to Brimstone players only have to complete the "Strider of the sands" quest with a few ingredients that need to be prepared, namely fish oil. This quest only takes about 1 hour or less.

✔️ 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘀?!
It's our personal opinion that a monstrous behemoth has awoken in the desert. The Devourer is the name given to it in local mythology. For now, you can find the relevant file in the "Arenas" folder, and the PTR version of NWDB features multiple status effects.

✅ 𝗘𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
This dungeon is located under a huge pyramid in the middle of the new brimstone sand map between ancient Egypt and roman ruins.

✅ 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗦𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗗
With this latest update, the Greatsword has been added to the ever-expanding arsenal of weapons you can use in the New World. Because it is a two-handed blade, you can change your stance according to the situation.

✔️ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰
Due to the Greatsword's ability to scale equally with Strength and Dexterity, it can be used in combination with a wide variety of other martial arts weapons.

✔️ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
The Greatsword scales evenly with both Strength and Dexterity, meaning that many other martial weapons can pair very well with the Greatsword. Greatsword will have a DPS and a tank tree, called Onslaught and Defiance, respectively.

As for DPS Greatsword can be paired with Greataxe. For a Tank, a Great sword can be paired with a sword and Shield.

✔️ 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
If you want to play as a DPS then you will focus on using Onslaught Stance. This is the skill tree you need to pick.

If you want to play as a Tank then you will focus on using Defiance Stance. This is the skill tree you need to pick.

✔️ 𝗚𝗲𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We will give you 3 gem recommendations. Cut Pristine Opal, this will give you +15% damage while your stamina is not full. Cut Pristine Diamond, this will give you +15% damage while your health's full and Cut Pristine Carnelian, If you cast your skill, Taunts are active.

✅ 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗚𝗘𝗠 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗦
Heartgem Rune is one of the new playstyle parts of the brimstone update. with runes that can be equipped like weapons and can be used.

✔️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝘁
To get the Heartgem rune, each player needs to complete the quest first as a prequest, starting from the quest "Brimstone Under siege" then "The great architect" after that continued with "Preemptive Strike" and "Stirring in the sands" until continuing to the quest "A Blossoming Threat" and "Past prologue" and finally "Secrets of the Heargem".

✔️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝘁
A rune can be found in your inventory under the "Runes" category once it has been acquired.

✅ 𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗘𝗚𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗦
Runeglass Gem is a gem crafted one level above the pristine gem, with the advantage of providing 2 passive skills while making this gem superior to the others

✔️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝘀
The passive skill effect that is given makes Runeglass gemstones stand out from other gemstones; whereas ordinary cut gemstones, ranging from flawed to pristine, only give one skill effect, Runeglass gemstones will give the user two passive skill effects simultaneously.

✔️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝘁
If you want to craft it, you must meet the required level first and have some ingredients. The levels that must be met are :
● Stonecutting Skill Level 180
● Weaponsmithing Skill Level 180
● Smelting Skill Level 150
● Arcana Skill Level 125
● Stonecutting Table Tier 5
● Arcane Repository Tier 5
● Forge Tier 5
● Smelter Tier 5

Materials include:
● 1 Cut Pristine gemstone of various elements
● 1 runeglass case
● 2 pure solvents
● 1 Gold ingot

✔️ 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗜𝘁
To use it the same as when you use Cut Gemstones in general, which is to install it on the selected armor or weapon by dragging the gem towards the desired gear.
