New World - How Weight / Equip Load Effects Dodging
5In this tutorial I show you how your weight effects your ability to dodge. There are three weight tiers, light, medium, and heavy. Dodging while under a light equip load allows you to do a long roll / sidestep. This is the best option for PVE as you are invincible while dodging (i.e. you get I Frames).
For Medium, you get a side step. This is good, but not as effective as light.
Finally, there is a heavy equip load. This allows you to do a short charge or a short step to the side or backwards. This is effective for tanking, but is less useful in standard PvE combat.
